Hooray for me!! I bought my pilates dvd and today was my first workout!! It was very do-able! My breathing has made me feel SOOO relaxed - like a noodle! Actually, I'm so relaxed that I keep yawning! I'm ready to sleep! Zoiks! Anyone had that happen before? ? I'm so happy that Pancake recommended Pilates! Thank you for that, and for this thread! It says to do pilates 3 times a week for 20 minutes - cool!

I got Pilates: Weight-Loss Workout for Dummies! Perfect for me! I also got, but haven't watched yet Pilates: Beginning mat workout by a company called Gaiam. I'll let you know how that goes! But I find the mat workout hurts my hipbones a bit because I'm not used to lying on my back on the floor, and Pilates Weight-Loss Workout for Dummies has a 20 min standing workout and then a 15 min mat workout.
By the way, I found a site, advertised up top on this site, called the Idiot Proof Diet, or something. Here is the link weightloss4idiots.com/.............It seems like it might be good, but there's no effen way I'm putting out $27 on something that might mean buying all sorts of weird food like eggplant and dandelion greens!! Anyone heard of it?

I got it at blockbuster! It was 9.99 - Canadian - which means you'll be able to get it for about 75 cents!! Our dollar is pretty low compared to U.S.!!!

L2D hows the lemonade diet going? r u starving? lol! actually, i am! see, i modified it a bit: i have a little fruit when i feel woozy, hopefully that won't alter much---right? but besides that, i'm still doing it! (but only till sunday!)

WF, In my opinion that diet was dumb it basically tells u how your body works when u eat certain things and u take this little test and they personalize a diet for yuo. But the foods on the diet were not to my liking and it wasnt something i could see myself doing long term! I dont recomend. L2D, I dont see anythign wrong with eating fruit but try to eat fruit with pectin in it. Like apples. Apples make you have "movements " So whatever helps the diet along i dont see why it wouldnt work. But otherwise, does the drink taste good? In the article i posted it said that the drnik makes you not have hunger pangs. Do you feel it working?

i didn't use maple syrup (mainly because i don't like the taste of it) but it supposedly helps with the hunger pangs. my sister did drink it with maple syrup and she said that she didn't feel hungry at all! so i guess it does work have you, or are you planning on starting it??
