yea i'm so disappointed. i went to best buy to get the windsor pilates dvd b/c at BB they have a whole section on excercise dvds, well anyway that was a while ago, so i went today and they had like 5 of them mixed in with crappy movies that never made any money. So i couldnt get windsor pilates but i settled for something called Pilates for Weight Loss and a carb burner aerobic dvd. I was gonna get yoga but i didnt wanna waste the money since i was already getting pilates. When i get some extra cash i'm gonna go on the Windsor Pilates site and order it! Oh yea WF, u defintely should talk to the cashier at Blockbuster abut the whole sex thing maybe he can help you out!! i'm just kidding. I feel you on that though...sex hasn't been on my agenda for a looooong time! lol I might as well hold out for Owen since it seems like i'll be waiting a long time if i ever get the chance i'll just tell him i'm a virgin...i'll be a born-again virgin by then actually i'm probably a born-again virgin by now

Pancake, by your recommendation, I ordered the Winsor pilates workout via online. Looks like it will be good. I'll give you a report! I wouldn't know anything about what sex does for us. It's been so long for me I've forgotten what it's like. The last time I had that Ronald Reagan was president! Right now Hansel is asking me: How do you live?? (I have no idea, dear Hansel. Why don't you show me what I'm missing). I never could figure out the name Blockbuster. I mean, who would name their store Blockbuster? It sounds like a laxative.

A blockbuster is a type of firework or bomb. on the 4th of July people usualy set off blockbusters. They make a huge BOOM!! So the movie industry uses that term for a very successful movie like Titanic or Lord of The Rings. So i'm assuming thats where Blockbuster got their name from.. thats just my assumption. (Owen kiss me if I'm wrong)

I think "blockbuster" dates back to WWII. Bombs were dropped on cities that would take out an entire block - hence the term "blockbuster."
So, comparing movies to bombs is kind of ironic. You'd think the movie industry would want to highlight their successes, not their failures. LOL

its supposed to be this "diet" where you drink lemonade (made of water, freshly squeezed lemon, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup) and you drink at least 6 glasses a day of that for 10 days with no food...i researched it a bit after i wrote my last post and i found out that a lot of people lose a LOT of weight (by a lot i mean up to 25 lbs!!)
it helps get toxins out of the body and you're supposed to get clarity of mind and a lot of energy afterwards...
i was thinking of doing it for a few days to clear up my mind, especially now that i'm on vacation and i was hoping someone on here knew something about it
do you think i should do it??

U know, now that u mention that, that is a common recipe for detox. everyone who starts a new diet or changes their eating habits is supposed to spend the first week detoxing. It does work and it is very healthy. Alot of celebs detox. It's the best way to get all the toxins out of your body so you can start fresh! Do you know the exact recipe? I think I will try it! I think you should too! We can do it together and when we start to want chocolate cake we can pm each other

I've heard of that diet - quite a long time ago, actually. It's been popular in Europe for a long time. A lady I know tried it and she did lose weight. But what she did was eat a salad at lunch and for the rest of the day she drank that. I used to have the actual recipe for it, but I don't know where I put it. Sorry! And I tried it the drink, and it was actually pretty good! Oh, I just noticed you posted the recipe L2D.

L2D I just read the article you posted, what do they mean by 2-3 movements a day. Is that the same thing as excercise?
