ahh, I guess I was just being morbid...LOLOL. I suppose that is probably what it was - and it was just meant to show you that something scary happened, being that there were dead bodies around. You are probably right, sunsetghost. Or I will hops so, as I wouldn't want dear Luke to die

I saw this for the first time recently, enjoyed the film especially Frank Whaley's performance, he stole the show, upstaged the lot of 'em. Luke and Kate's pairing together didn't work, I found Beckinsale unconvincing. Luke was good in the film (well duh!), have to say I watched the film knowing Luke and the director were hitting each other in the leg trying to create tension...so watched his bits with a smirk. ;D

Yeah, you're right, Furg. Frank Whaley does a great job of acting the crazy nut. I'm positive it's Frank Whaley in Drillbit Taylor as one of the candidates for the job of bodyguard for the kids. He picks a fight with someone outside the Starbuck's and gets his butt kicked.

Just saw it. Honestly, the movie was a very 'typical' horror flick. The same ol' crazy dude in the motel stint. In the beginnig of the weird happenings, I was really hoping that the killer was the garage guy. I liked the 'see how you're gonna die' thing. But was mostly dissapointed. I really liked Luke's character, cool, calm, collected and analytical. Kate was nothing special. Luke's character, when it crawls out of the door, was a brilliant performance by the younger Wilson and gets a 5/5. Kate was like any other girl in a hooro movie. The overall movie however, was worth 2.5stars out of 5.
