what exactly is "The Power of 3" SK? i've been taking the kick-boxing classes at my gym and i LOVE it!! i totally recommend it to everyone!! if you've got a gym nearby and they offer kickboxing, try it out!! it's a lot of fun and a great workout to boot! modified to add: L2D and Pancake.... that's entirely too much information for me! sorry remi!! i forgot that people actually still read this thread (yes, that was sarcasm; no one had posted her except pancake and me!) ;D

'The Power of 3'- well it sounds a lot more exotic than it is really. It's just a regular workout video that you are supposed to do 3 times a week, combined with 3 balanced meals a day. It's a fun workout though- there are 3 sections-thighs and bums, upper body and abdominals and every few exercises there are high energy intervals to keep your heart rate up so that you burn more fat. The first few times I did it, I discovered muscles I didn't even know I had, and I was really sore but now I'm fine with it and it's loads of fun. You can buy the dvd on Play.com.

I am doing a 6 day mini diet that works effectively and u get to eat all day. I know a few people that did it and it worked very well for them. I sent L2D specifics on it. Unfortunately there isnt a wide variety of foods u can eat. Actually i found on my print out something that says u can substitute certain foods depending on how much u excercise...let me know and i will pm it to you..same goes for L2D

Ok I totally ate LOADS of chocolate over Easter and only have 5 and a half weeks til I go on holiday and need to look stunning in a bikini... I'm on day 3 of healthy eating & exercise... My leg, bum & tummy muscles are killing me from the shock of doing some exercise Any words of encouragement gratefully received!
