Love THE BIRDCAGE! Hilarious!
I'd like to see the original French version sometime, La Cage Aux Folles. I thought the original French version of The Man With One Red Shoe was funnier than the U.S. version with Tom Hanks. I was just wondering how Cage compares.

Did we ever discuss the Twilight movie somewhere? Other than recasting it? Because now that I've seen it, the whole thing, mind you--I'm ready to tear it apart.
SP, more pictures please. Of anything. Matt Long, Chris Evans, Rafa . . . your choice.

I don't think we have a thread specifically for the "Twilight" movie. I've seen it, too. Not impressed, but it was "ok". Kind of a dark, moody, teenybopper movie.

I apologize if this has already been discussed, but I watched Role Models this weekend and LMAO!!!! I have never seen a movie deal with the role playing world so affectionately.
"Bid him good morrow for me!" LOL!!!
Loved it!

Remi, stop being so nice! The fact is, the movie is utter rubbish. Period. My casting couch is always open...for Henry Cavill, that is. #devil# They started showing The Tudors on Friday, and I'm in love, love, love... love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love, love... Hey Bubby, how about Freddie Prinze Jr.? I saw Head over Heels sometime ago...its a typical romcom, stereotyped, lovey-dovey, happy ending, etc.etc. but it proves, yet again, that the only redeeming quality of most romcoms are the Mr. Prince Charming's. oooh yeah. (Ah those lips... )

I like Freddie Prinze Jr. (I'm assuming you meant me by 'Bubby'?) The critics have never been kind to him, but he always seemed very sincere to me. And I'm a big Sarah Michelle Geller fan and I like them together.
The Tudors rock! And Twilight the movie . . . well, we've found other places to trash it. But it's kind of like litter, it shows up everywhere.
I'm adding Role Models to my Netflix. Paul Rudd is always good.
Just saw "Journey to the Center of the Earth" Brendan Fraser is another of those sincere (unappreciated) types. I tried to imagine him doing the movie in the "George of the Jungle" wardrobe though. It would have made sense . . . surrounded by magma, wear a loincloth.

edited bcs typing while eating lunch while listening to office gossip leads to multiple errors The Tudors? As in Henry VII, Henry VIII, Mary, Edward VI, and Elizabeth I? Yes, the two Henrys and Elizabeth were very influential in world history so I guess they do rock. ;D

Yeah, I mean you BB...tryin' out new nicknames. I love George Of The Jungle too. Esp. Brenden's style...pity it didn't become popular...but then again, maybe that's a good thing... The Tudors? As in Henry VII, Henry VIII, Mary, Edward VI, and Elizabeth I? Yes, the two Henrys and Elizabeth were very influential in world history so I guess they do rock. ;D Well, that's one of the reasons why they rock...another reason is well, this... (never thought velvet would seem so macho...) images2.fanpop.com/images/photos/4700000/The-Tudors-Season-3-henry-cavill-4714553-967-1396.jpg(my knight in shining armour...) WARNING: Drooling allowed. But don't drool too much. He's MINE!

Thanks, SP! In the U.S., it's on Showtime. Too bad I don't get that channel. (Maybe my neighbor does?) I've been thinking of ditching cable TV anyway to save $. I hope Tudors will show up on dvd sometime.

Yes I'm all Netflix. I'm working down Remi's recommendations right now and then Season Two is coming right up . . . Henry Cavill and Jonathan Rhys Meyers . . . . mmmmm.
Hee, Tex, you did name all the rockin' Tudors. But, I have to say I think Showtime has really enhanced the view.
