I am watching Luke right now. I am LOVING what's he's saying! What a great interview. Lots of Owen and Andrew tidbits. How funny was that story about Owen and Mace? And Andrew on the 1976 Kawasaki 500 driving from Texas to California?  How about the comment about Luke putting on weight for the movie? I was missing Luke on TV, glad to have him back!!! LMAO! Diane Keaton giving him the name of a psychiatrist. Luke just said his biggest flaw is that he's a workaholic and a perfectionist. Comparing himself to Trump.  This interview is so bizarre, I love it! lol Is it just me, or did Luke seem a little annoyed, like he was in a "mood"?  |

Looks wonderful, sounds energetic and happy. Positive family experiences, good film memories, humorous recent filming and great sex in the CITY... The man has everything except... the ring-

Yep, and I noticed Luke really controlled the interview. Usually the host butts in and controls the direction of the interview. But Luke was so forthcoming, David just sat back and let Luke talk. His banter was so entertaining, why not? Glad to hear my perception of Luke's weight gain confirmed. Luke was so great, he really ought to be on TV more often - like, maybe, have his own show? YES!  |

 He ROCKED. Dave was genuinely amused and laughing his butt off at all of Luke's stories. I loved the Andrew motorcylce story (I thought he was going to say that when Andrew turned around he had bugs in his teeth) and the Owen mace story-and how he'd only pick a fight with him when Owen was in the shower so he wouldn't have it handy. I love the 18 lb. comment and how he said guys like Jamie Foxx and "Connaughey" aren't going to go the distance like he did for a role. Luke just seemed "on" last night and he really seemed to be having a blast. I had a great time watching him. Beth

Finally saw the interview this AM. Luke was so relaxed and his timing was great on all his stories. In addition to what you all have listed already... I loved how he said he was so bad at sign language that it was like algebra and that it could only be described as "jive". He would try to deflect attention from him to Craig T. Nelson the only other person worse than him. He really had Letterman laughing. Oh and that he is such an over achiever that there just aren't enough hours in the day... He was so busy when he was younger that he didn't even finish high school -- he said it was one of the traits of an over achiever - not finishing school. |

So, let me get this right, did Owen use mace on Luke whenever they had a fight?

HH, I know Letterman used to be on ITV2 in the UK, but as far as I know its not on anymore, do you know if it is shown anywhere. Luke seems to have been in fine form last night, it would be a real shame not to see it!

Did you click on the words "Big Show Highlight"? It took me a couple tries just now, but I got it working.
Boo boo, I can transcribe Luke's interview and post it tomorrow. Or did you want some more official?
