I thought this was interesting and kinda funny. See if one of your favorite celebs is listed here...
This is from New York Daily News.
Celebs in tales
told out of school
Kevin Spacey
As kids all over the city prepare for the start of school, they might want to think about what not to do this year - unless they want to become celebrities or even mayor of New York.
Jack Nicholson was a naughty boy in high school, and one year spent every single day in detention.
Salma Hayek was expelled from her Catholic boarding school for setting all the clocks back in the nuns' quarters.
Nicolas Cage was suspended for putting dead grasshoppers in the salad at a school picnic.
Kevin Spacey was kicked out of Northridge Military Academy in California for throwing a tire at a classmate.
Anna Kournikova got in trouble in school in Russia when teachers found out that her father was taking her take-home tests for her.
Ted Turner set fire to the homecoming float.
Owen Wilson was expelled for cheating in geometry.
Sigourney Weaver told Webster Hall's Baird Jones that she wore "elf and tiger costumes to class at Stanford."
Beck, Courtney Love, Jim Carrey and Cher were all dropouts.
Mayor Bloomberg, who became a billionaire before getting New York's top job, received many C's and several D's in high school, including, of all things, math. Bloomberg claims he still makes grammar and spelling mistakes.
But some of the famous may fool you.
Spacey went on to become co-valedictorian at another school - sharing the honor with fellow actor Mare Winningham.
Tom Cruise, bullied in school because he was always the new kid in town, dropped out of a seminary after one year.
Justin Timberlake won his high-school spelling bee, as did Barbra Streisand.
Vince Vaughan was president of his high-school class.
So, unless you were born on third base - like Weaver, Cage and Turner - or you look like Hayek, Kournikova or Wilson there's only one answer on life's pop quiz, kids.
Stay in school.
