Colin F. didn't look bad when I saw him in Dublin. He was walking by me in Temple Bar, he just didn't look as gorgeous as he looks on the screen, i.e. I wouldn't fancy him in real life! I've just realised Val Kilmer is playing his father in Alexander, no-that doesn't sound right.

Ok, y'all. Reguarding Val... he will pull this off! Here's why... Val is 44 years old. That means he could be old enough for him to have a 25 year old son (which is the age of Alexander in at least part of the movie). That role would be a piece of cake for him. The real question is, can Angelina pull off playing Alexander's Mother when she is actually a year younger than him (Colin) in real life?

From the pics I've seen of Alexander, it looks pretty good. I guess we'll have to wait and see.... Oh, and it doesn't make a big difference, but Angelina is a year older than Colin.

I saw "Wimbledon" on Friday night with a friend and we both enjoyed it. It's definitely one for the DVD library. I'll admit it's a chick flick, but I'm a hopeless romantic at heart! I couldn't believe it came in 4th at the box office this past weekend. "Sky Captain" just looks confusing to me!

You'll love it! Promise!! Thanks for the pics. Paul Bettany is very cute! His friend in this movie is pretty hot, too. He's some German actor.

Remi Said "I'll have to suffer willingly through another Dennis "Hottness" Quaid movie...sigh. " However will you cope? Maybe I'll have to watch it with you.

I finally finally watched "Wimbledon". Paul Too cute So cute in every scene!!! I know what you mean about the German actor, AAV! I just couldn't concentrate on him though... ;D I liked the Englishness of the film too. And English people would be really excited like that if Tim Henman went to the final (Tim Henman plays really well but somehow he can never win the Wimbledon. It's been ages since an English person won the Wimbledon). And Paul gave great performance AGAIN. And I loved seeing Paul walking where I've been

Speaking of cinematography, I checked "Kill Bill Vol. 2" out of the library a few weeks ago. I think it will get an Oscar nod in that catagory. It's gory, but, beautiful. A well made movie. I'll have to check out "Dogville". I love when the scenery speaks as much as the actors in a film. A few other movies in this catagory that come to mind are "Quills" and "A Girl with a Pearl Earring". "Quills" is disturbing, but, well acted. Joquin Pheonix plays a good guy and Geoffery Rush a very bad one. Pearl Earring isn't as well acted, but, is like a painting.

I loved "Shine" and "Pirates of the Caribbean". I don't know if I would like the one on Peter Sellers though. I've loved the Pink Panther movies since I was a kid. I have trouble watching movies about people I grew up watching. I've never watched "Ali" for this reason. I remember watching him fight when I was a kid and I just can't watch Will Smith be him. It's nt the same. I'm not sure if I'll go to see the new Jamie Foxx movie either. At least, he lipsinks in the movie.

I saw a clip of Geoffrey Rush as Peter Sellers in that film on the Jonathan Ross show (ask Bunny!) but thought he was ridiculously miscast. However I loved Pirates of The Carribean (more to do with a certain Mr. Depp probably) Rush is a good actor, though. I liked him in Shine.

Oh yeah... Johnny Depp is hotttt! I liked him in Pirates, because, it was such a different part for him. Did any of you see a movie called "Benny and Joon"?
