I just saw this movie, and I thought that it was gonna be atleast a little bit scary, but I could not stop laughing. Everybody was screaming at the people on screen when they did stupid stuff, and it was an all around good time. The only thing I didn't like was the ending. It has a lot of gore too, but that doesn't really bother me that much.

Funny you should say that LL!
When I saw this trailer, the beginning was really creepy and then when the little girl attacked them in bed I burst out laughing. By the end, where they were banging on top of the see through ceiling the entire audience was laughing.
Im surprised it wAS #1 @ the box office.

I thought it was good, funny at times, yes, but don't we all use humour in times of terror/sadness/fright. I thought it was good that the writers used humour. I will definately buy it when it comes out. I loved it!!! But didn't it suck at the end, not in a bad way, but in a "that's a slap in the face" type way. LOL

Yeah I didn't really like the ending. It kinda made me mad. The thing I don't understand about Hollywood is in movies we ALWAYS defeat the aliens, viruses, etc. Whatever it is that is attacking us. But when it is the undead, we suddenly aren't able to fight them off? What's up with that?

Actually I'm beginning to see the trend, that now, in Hollywood, instead of the evil dying or the hero defeating it, it just continues on...like in The Ring, Ghost Ship, Dawn of the Dead, Jeeper Creepers...I think it started at the turn of the millenium, I guess Hollywood doesn't want mankind to live on. lol...it is kinda of scary that we never defeat the evil now...

I thought that Ghost Ship was great! I loved that movie. Not scary but definitely suspenseful. Oh my god! The Ring, I won't even start on that one. That movie freaked me out soo bad! I couldn't even turn my back on the television in my room for days cuz I was afraid it would cut on. LOL About the only other movie that freaked me out last year was Wrong Turn, but that is because I have an insane phobia of inbreeders. My whole family thinks it is hilarious, but I swear to you I am serious. And I didn't know going into it that it was about inbreeders. It scared the sh*t out of me. I made my friend Cher sleep with me that night cuz I was soo spooked! LOL

I totally agree with you on the previous movies, but I have to say that I haven't seen Wrong Turn, but now that it's about inbreeders, I think I will. Inbreeders to me are interesting. Scary, yes, but interesting psychologically.
