Hi everyone with AOL e-mail! 
This is information for everyone with an AOL email address...
Proboards activation e-mail is blocked by AOL.
Under V4 if you are an existing member or a new member you will be sent an activation code to activate your account. If you have an AOL e-mail in your profile, you will never get it. We don't know why the e-mails are blocked, we only know that Proboards Support are aware of this problem.
So if you are registering for the first time, please don't use an AOL address. Use another email address that isn't AOL. For example, you could use a free e-mail service like Yahoo.
If you are an existing member and you can't activate your account to change your e-mail... Then please e-mail the admins at thewilsonsproboards20@yahoo.com or on thewilsons.proboards20.com@gmail.com with your new email address, as we will be checking that email address every day. We can then update your profile with the new e-mail address you have set up.
Then, when you go to log in, select either the I forgot my password or the send activation code to different e-mail option and look for the appropriate e-mails to arrive in your new e-mail account.
Until further notice, no one will be able to register with an AOL e-mail address as you won't ever get the e-mails to actually sign on. Sorry about that!
