I saw it last night as well. It is pretty good. Why did he have to hide those eyes behind the sunglasses during the cast talking about the film?

Why did he have to hide those eyes behind the sunglasses during the cast talking about the film? Yeah, I kinda rolled my eyes at that myself. #rolleyes# Seemed a bit too "Hollywood" for me. Kinda disappointing.

I totally agree. It was a turn off that is for sure. He seems more hollywood then his brothers.
Mod. to add: I did not find him down to earth either. Kind of sad.

But he is down to earth. At least from what I've seen of him. That's why it was so disappointing to see him being all Hollywood-ish with the shades.

I agree, IMAQT. When we met Andrew in Austin, he could have ignored us. We were just strangers. But he went out of his way to get us passes for Wendell Baker. There was no reason for him to do that, nothing in it for him, except that he wanted us to get to see the movie.

I haven't seen the movie or the extras, so I can't comment on that, but when we met Andrew, he seemed really great and was very nice to us. He seemed very "real" and didn't seem very "Hollywood" at that time.... but who knows?? Oh man you got to meet him? Did you get to meet the brothers as well? What is he like? How exciting! Armywife, yeah, a few of us got to meet all three brothers in Austin when The Wendell Baker Story premiered. I think the link is around the members area somewhere. Here it is: thewilsons.proboards20.com/index.cgi?board=album&action=display&thread=1111923711

You know the guys might have seemed in a hurry just because they did not want to get noticed. Just a thought. The price you pay for fame.

Never mind I just read on. When I have more time I will read the Luke Thread. I need to go take care of my kids. Man my husband better rest up, because when he comes home on leave in January he is taking care of this parenting thing. Oh and me of course. I think I need a spanking or two too.

Susan, I know the Wilsons have put Uncle Joe in some of their other movies. I heard he's in TWBS, but haven't spotted him.
