My aunt just called me all giddy cause she spotted luke at the airport in Texas (sorry, don't know where in Texas). She isn't even really a fan, but she said that when he got onto a plane headed for LA and that she was ready to ditch her plane, and hop onto his cause he was so cute. She also said that he was with this really skinny but not particularly attractive girl*, and I said that I was ashamed to admit that I knew who that was, and I even knew her name.
So, that's my news. He's in the air right now.
*I don't think his girlfriend is unattractive, but my aunt would, so I assumed it was her.

I wonder where he was going? Duh... I just reread your post, ZinC. He was headed to L.A. So much for my reading skills.

Good questions, Lib. As for who was in shorts and sandals, it seems we have a possible incorrect positioning of a comma which is what is causing the confusion as to who was wearing them. (Reminds me of Harry Dean Stanton's retort to Luke: "Comma!") As for the "have a good drive" salutation, sounds like Luke and his companion were setting off for a road trip. I wonder where: To Dallas? To the Wilson's property in Fredericksburg? Could have been anywhere. I see I have a new Wilson "shrine" in Jo's Coffee to check out. I'll have to look for it next time I'm in Austin which will be in September. Thanks for the posting.

TG, Jo's Coffee was one of the places Luke had mentioned in that magazine article about Austin once. I think!

Hi Natalie, I remember the article now, and it's downloadable. I'll print a copy and take it with me to Austin. It would be fun to try one of Luke's favorites everytime I go to Austin - as long as the place isn't too expensive. ;D

Here's another Austin sighting. It says it's Owen, but I think she might be confused.
From the dirtyapron livejournal, dated today.
