So as long as you have plenty of confidence, you can wear anything, huh? Where are my leg warmers and headband? They make it sound like he's dressing this way on purpose, when in reality, we all know he just has a limited wardrobe. He lucked out with the fashion trend this time.

Thanks for posting Remi. Yeah, it means a good idea or a good find... What Luke wears is nice. It's simple and it looks good on him. It fits. Sure, he wears the striped polo a lot, but maybe it has a special meaning for him. (As does the beige shirt for Andrew and the flowered one for Owen.)

Nat-a Lee- My premise is- If the outfit looks good, it's because the man looks good not the shirt. Some of Luke's choices are SUCH GUY CRAP I could laugh (we ALL endulge our hubs the "horrible combo"- just about twice a year! Hopefully one such wearing is during hunting season with his buddies! ;D) Actually if Luke starts looking too good, he just may have found the "The One" and THEN we all should freakin' panic!! HT

(they got the name wrong in this article, but WE all know they meant Luke) This goes in the movie thread, but it also goes with your last post........ Does no one out there know that Owen and Luke are different people? Throw Andrew into the mix and it won't matter one bit. "Owen directed The Wendell Baker Story, y'know. Yeah, he's an only child. I don't know much about his family. And I really don't care to research it either. Luke who?"

Well the talent and success of Andrew and Luke themselves will do the job before long anyway, but they won't mind our help!

Had to put this here to highlight the big mistake made in this article..............that Luke played Dignan..........lol!
I just thought this was really cute and interesting that this band is named Dignan! ;D
************************************************
Dignan slips into monthlong tour to promote latest EP June 10,2005 Stephanie Holmes The Monitor
Nathan Kizzia, Andy Peña, Devon Garcia and Gabriel Salinas should live inside a Teflon pan. Outside their band Dignan and their belief in God, nothing really sticks.
Two years ago, Dignan debuted as Industry Standard. The band dropped the name because of a copyright infringement. The name Dignan hangs by a string. The band picked it because they were into the film Bottle Rocket at the time, and named themselves after Luke Wilson’s character.
"We don’t really like the new name either. We’ve all sort of grown to love it," Garcia said.
Because they don’t want to get stuck with any one thing for too long, touring nearly full time just made sense to the band.
On tour, Dignan will play long enough to haunt listeners with their images of shadows and melted candle wax, leave them with one of their short, six-pack EPs, the latest is Stop and Go, and drive toward the next town.
Today, Dignan takes off in a borrowed Ford Expedition. The vehicle is temporary too. They are saving for their own sub par van to join legions of bands driving around the country trying to secure label distribution, make friends and ignite a following.
The tour goes through Texas, Louisiana, Kansas, Iowa, Tennessee, Kentucky and Arkansas before it wraps July 9.
Dignan will also play the Christian Cornerstone music festival in Illinois later this summer, but they aren’t on an evangelical tour. The band’s lyrics don’t push God or altar calls, but the band tries to lead by example, Kizzia said.
Touring should be pretty intense and amazing for these 18 to 20 year olds as they leave a land-locked Texas landscape. "I don’t think anyone has been away from home that long," Kizzia said, noting that their longest tour lasted a week. "Some of us might miss our moms or something."
In August, they’ll come home for a few weeks before taking off on another leg of their tour with San Antonio-based band Muldoon.
Musically, Dignan makes tight, bright, short songs that evoke memories of the Cure and The Smiths.
"Everybody compares us to those bands, but none of us really like to listen to those bands," said Kizzia. "We are more influenced by Death Cab for Cutie and Me Without You."
Influences aside, Dignan makes music and Peña wraps the words around it.
"It’s a pretty cool process," Kizzia said.

Hopefully it is the writer who doesn't know the difference between Owen and Luke. If this band was "into the movie" at the time, surely they'd know the difference between the boys? But then again, maybe not....it seems like a lot of people mix them up. Thanks for the article WF. Beth

surely they'd know the difference between the boys? But then again, maybe not....it seems like a lot of people mix them up. The "media" do got them mixed up quite a lot What I don't get is that 'cos Luke has dark hair and Owen has blonde hair - how do they get them mixed up???!!! >:(I know their siblings but they're not THAT alike!!
