Mr. Rick Dalton, who, under the username of "wrecked", shared with us his wonderful photo of Richard Avedon in the "In honor of Richard Avedon" thread, has kindly sent me three more photos he took at the same venue, the book signing of Laura's book Avedon at Work: In the American West which took place in Fort Worth in November 2003. Here they are... I love these photos...so capturing. I couldn't help visiting Mr. Dalton's website written on the last pic...here is the link: www.daltonphoto.comIt must be great to have such sweet, creative photos for your wedding ;D He said it was great to meet Laura and Mr. Avedon and he found them both to be very gracious people. Thank you again Mr. Dalton

Wow, thanks so much for those pictures! They are really stunning. And you can see just how much Owen resembles his mom. Thanks so much Mr. Dalton! (And BP for posting.)

I am always impressed at Laura Wilson's stature as a mature woman. I like the third picture at the podium and again the black and white medium suits her. A wonderful contribution to the thread-

she is so striking and poised and elegant in person i saw her at the Starsky and Hutch premiere as well as Wendell Baker. i am guessing by the age of her kids she is in her 60's maybe (forgive me if she is younger) but nonetheless she is just beautiful

I saw Laura Wilson at the TWBS opening at SXSW Film Festival in Austin in March of this year.
She looked just fabulous. She was dressed oh-so-chic in tight-fitting black slacks, tall pointy-toed boots, and a gray form-fitting jacket. She is thin and looks like she probably has always been thin.
She was just as nice and approachable and down-to-earth as could be. Not the least bit stuck-up at all.
She had a very gracious and sophisticated demeanor.
