ok, I might go to the Laura Wilson exhibit tomorrow. Tomorrow is the last day before school starts back for my daughter and myself so we might as well do something out of the ordinary. hehe We'll see. The fact that it will be over an hours drive and that I hate driving through Dallas is a real downer but I'm really going to try to go. I'll let you all know if I make it. #unsure#

Hi all,
Yeah, not going. The gas to get there is just too much financially for me right now. The kids would have liked I think. I guess we'll find something closer to do.
cheers #sad#

Oh, that's too bad you didn't get to go. I'm going to do my best to get up there for the show.

Thank you, Scarlet! Nice to see you back here again. I've never seen that photo before so it's nice to see something new. What a sweet commentary Mrs Wilson wrote. My Dad photographed us everytime we turned around, I think. He took movies of us too. He loved photography but, unfortunately, didn't pursue it as any kind of career as he already had a demanding one as an electrical engineer. Too bad he didn't - or couldn't - do more with his artistic side. (Although engineering is probably an art form of its own!) I'm sure he felt the same way about his photographs of us as Mrs Wilson does of her sons.

Aw, I just saw the photo enlarged. That must be Nutmeg, the Dalmatian. Yeah, I agree with SLD: love their smiles, love that family.
