Can anyone define it for me ? He's always saying how not many people share his sense of humour. And yeah, I dunno I find humour quite interesting it's weird how different people laugh at different things.

That is so true. Humor is like art in that it's very subjective.
I remember watching The Big Lebowski and laughing. I was the only one in there who was laughing. The rest of the audience either didn't think it was funny or didn't get it.
Then there are things that others think are funny that I don't get.
I think Owen's humor is unique - or at least it's certainly unusual. Other than that, I can't define it either.

What i like about his SOH is that it never goes rude. He pokes fun at people in a very respectful manner and not offensive. He's totally cool that way. Even his sarcasm is sugar-coated sometimes (skinny dipping scene). He's really smart and that's pretty clear by the way he expresses himself ("its a tough job but somebody's gotta do it") he praises his costars and makes fun of them at the same time. And with that naughty grin, I doubt you can be angry at him ;D

Yeah, that's very true, SP. Owen's humor is never that mean-spirited kind with the smart-alecky gotcha retorts. Even when he does do a smart-alecky retort, it comes with an invisible but obvious eye-wink.

I think he's smart funny. And if someone prefers simple, predictable jokes, they wont like them. Just like when a few years ago George Clooney announced during the golden globes "the award(best supporting actress) goes to... Leonardo DiCaprio" it was such a simple joke. Yet half the crowd didnt seem to get it. #dontknow#
