Hi everyone  These are the portraits of our boys painted by texasgal !!!  (I wish it was me who painted them. ;D )        I think they are just so beautiful and also FULL OF LOVE.  She has finished more portraits now and will be showing us the pictures of them sometime soon!  Last year she painted some portraits of Mrs. Wilson, Owen, and Luke and sent them to Mrs. Wilson along with some of the stories she had written and a very nice letter appreciating Mrs. Wilson's photography work. A few months later she received a letter hand-signed by Mrs. Wilson's assistant saying Mrs. Wilson appreciates her paintings and stories, her interest in Mrs. Wilson's work, and her kindness. Now that is so much like the Wilson Mom. ;D Keep up the wonderful work, texasgal  |

WOW!!! Great job, Bunnypanda!!! Thank you for posting them - and also for your very kind words!!! The other admins knew what they were doing when they chose you to join them. I was afraid to post them myself because I was afraid I would damage the board! That shine in some of the pics - it's because there is a protective saran wrap over them. I'm working on two more of Luke & Owen. I am using pics from this Wilsons Forum for my models. |

I am so inspired by your compliments.
It means a lot coming from people who are as talented as you all are. I know some of you are writers, and others are artists. And there are others who have things going on I don't even know about yet.

S-K, sure I'll consider it! I just hadn't thought of it. Another member has offered to help advise me with selling them on eBay which is very nice of her. Only trouble is, I wouldn't know how much to ask for them. I suppose I could just calculate the cost of the materials to produce them + whatever eBay's fee might be + postage & handling?

Everyone!!! Here are two of the new portraits by texasgal !!!   I am loving the fact they came in bigger size this time Look at Owen!!! The recent one of Owen is outstanding T-gal... I've said it before, you have a fabulous eye for catching line and light so accurately that I marvel you are doing this via photos. I would love to see you try and concentrate on drawing if Owen or Luke were right there in your studio... I question how much work you could get done before launching into full frontal attack!! My compliments to the artist... and thanks BP for posting these for us to enjoy HT |
