Wow! I just thought I had a plain ol' black cat.
H likes to get in the shower after I'm done and like the water off the shower curtain. He's weird, but he's cute!

Cats that love to play in water?! That's awesome! I LOVE all animals.... I have two dogs - a boxer named Rocky and a dogue de bordeaux (the dog like the one in Turner & Hooch) named Margot. She had that name - I got her when she was 1.5 years old. I also have an amazon parrot, a parrotlet, two cockatiels, a canary and some pigeons. I have had SO many animals in my life. I love them! The house I used to live in with my family when I was younger was awesome. We had dogs, a cat, birds, fish and all the wildlife we wanted. It was great! ;D

I LOVE animals too! I used to have a cat when I was a kid. He looked like Garfield. Now I have a siberian husky, Lolita: [ftp] img.photobucket.com/albums/v492/ABelotti2000/Lolita/Fotos_271003029.jpg[/ftp]Isn't she the cutest thing? I don't like to have animals that have to kept in cages, though. I like the birds that sing in my trees and fly around free. My mum has a bunny, Arnie The Bunny, who runs around the house and eat all plants. She gets mad, but he's sooooo cute...

My birds only go into their cages at night. If not they are out on their little pedestals all day long. ;D

Here's a picture of my dog named "Katy Bear." She's a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. We had a winter storm blow through this weekend, and Katy just LOVES the snow. Here's a picture . . .

Stolen from BunnyPanda's signature: You can donate to tsunami victims from here! -> www.google.com/tsunami_relief.html.[glow=red,2,300]I love this tsunami survival story.[/glow] *********************** NAIROBI (AFP) - A baby hippopotamus that survived the tsunami waves on the Kenyan coast has formed a strong bond with a giant male century-old tortoise, in an animal facility in the port city of Mombassa, officials said. The hippopotamus, nicknamed Owen and weighing about 300 kilograms (650 pounds), was swept down Sabaki River into the Indian Ocean, then forced back to shore when tsunami waves struck the Kenyan coast on December 26, before wildlife rangers rescued him. "It is incredible. A-less-than-a-year-old hippo has adopted a male tortoise, about a century old, and the tortoise seems to be very happy with being a 'mother'," ecologist Paula Kahumbu, who is in charge of Lafarge Park, told AFP. "After it was swept and lost its mother, the hippo was traumatised. It had to look for something to be a surrogate mother. Fortunately, it landed on the tortoise and established a strong bond. They swim, eat and sleep together," the ecologist added. "The hippo follows the tortoise exactly the way it follows its mother. If somebody approaches the tortoise, the hippo becomes aggressive, as if protecting its biological mother," Kahumbu added. "The hippo is a young baby, he was left at a very tender age and by nature, hippos are social animals that like to stay with their mothers for four years," he explained.
