Saw this on Perez Hilton today:  Mess With Owen Wilson and His Bro Will Eff Your Shiz Up Filed under: Icky Icky Poo > Owen Wilson No, not Luke! The other one! We bet Owen Wilson wishes he had never left his beach bungalow in Maui! According to paparazzi who witnessed the incident, a photog got too close to Owen in LA on Friday and his brother, Andrew, who was out with him, knocked the snapper about, made him bleed and broke his arm! We guess the moral of this story is don't pap Owen when his non-actor brother is around. The thespian one would probably pose for the cameras. ********* IF it's true, I say way to go big brother!!! I would do the same thing if the paps were hounding and harassing my bro!! |

Thanks WF. We've been discussing whether or not that's true. Someone had posted that the story hasn't appeared anywhere else but in Perez Hilton. Wonder if that is still the case.
Also, I think it was Remi, who rightly pointed out that if it was true, Andrew would have been arrested for assault & battery - regardless of whether what he did was right.

I haven't found anything else out about this yet, has anyone else? My son did have the computer some what occupied though, made it hard for me to do any thorough searches.

startip, I didn't find anything through Google, or any of the google alerts. And it seems like if Perez's story had even an iota of truth to it, the other media would be all over it. Especially with all the (mostly) positive publicity "Marley & Me" is getting.
It's kinda too bad there's no other news. Someone else could have at least reported that the story was incorrect, maybe with an accompanying photo of Andrew? Shirtless, to show the muscles he could have used against overly intrusive paps, but wouldn't? #whistle#

There was a Twitter tweet about an Andrew sighting in Georgetown 12 hours ago. I wonder if he is there to appear in the baseball movie with Owen? I think he would be perfect as baseball player. Anyway, one can hope....

I noticed on the Just Jared site in regards to the Andrew and Luke beach photos that one of the comments said Andrew is having another baby with an ex-girlfriend, I noticed the ex bit. That makes two grandchildren then for the Wilson brothers parents unless there's another sprog around that we don't know about, although with such a gossip mill around, we would probably know by now if there were any more.

I don't know how reliable a source Just Jared is. Until there's confirmation, I'd treat it as gossip.
