Luke is scheduled to appear on The Early Show on December 19th. Edited... I don't trust this info. Please let me try to confirm it first. Edited again... I still haven't found any confirmation of this. (I originally found the info on TVguide.com.) Here's the link to The Early Show's website Click Here We can just keep checking back.

This interview must have been taped on the same day as The Today Show and Regis... Luke had the same clothes on. He seemed very relaxed. Luke mentioned TWBS again, and said Andrew directed it with him, and his brother Owen was in it. Harry(?) said "Owen Wilson is your brother?!" Luke said something like "Yeah, some people think we're the same person. People say 'yeah, I liked you in the Wedding Crashers', and I've learned just to take it as a compliment."

I was pleasantly surprised when I found that out. I think its hysterical that Harry didn't know that they were brothers! C'mon Harry! You're interviewing the guy-do a little research beforehand! One of the Austin girls said that someone congratulated him on his work in TLA when they were in Austin. I wonder if Owen has people congratulating him on Old School. ;D Beth

That's another thing Harry mentioned... he asked Luke about Old School 2, and said he thought it was the best movie of the century, or something like that. I didn't know they were brothers either, but I didn't get them confused with eachother. I used to get Luke confused with other actors, like Chris Klein (I know, that's gross to me now). I never got Owen mixed up with anyone, but I always thought he was related to Dennis Hopper. I didn't know Luke and Owen were related until I saw The Royal Tenenbaums poster.

That's another thing Harry mentioned... he asked Luke about Old School 2, and said he thought it was the best movie of the century, or something like that. Did Luke have anything to say about Old School 2? I didn't know that they were related until after Starsky and Hutch. I realized that the guy playing Hutch was the same guy from TRT. I got home and looked him up on Google, came to these wonderful Wilson sites and made my discovery: "Oh my God! Richie is his real life brother!" And I had loved that scene in TRT between Richie and Eli at the window when Eli says "I always wanted to be a Tenenbaum" and they hug. At the time, I thought they did a great job and looked so comfortable with each other. Then I found out that they were brothers. ;D Duh! No wonder they seemed so at ease with each other. Beth, late to the party

Did Luke have anything to say about Old School 2? Luke just said he heard (?) they were working on the next one. No mention if he was in it or not. ... but always welcome!

Gals... We can still catch it. I had to use IE to see the video. Click Here! That interviewer is goofy! Luke totally takes it in stride when the guy suddenly realizes that Owen and Luke are brothers.

Beth,
I have to use IE and I just click on the "play" button below Luke's picture on the right. Then it takes a minute to load.
Do you see the play button?

I don't see a Play button. There's only a tiny picture of a video camera and when I click it, it takes me nowhere. Oy. Maybe I'm not using IE afterall. Not to sound like a 50's wife or anything, but I think I'm going to have to ask my husband for help. It's truly sad how inept I am at this stuff. Thanks for trying to help you guys. Beth
