BECK/SMITH CELEBRITY GOSSIP
TV INSIDER: Luke Back to 'That '70s Show'
Luke Wilson is taking time between films to make a return visit to "That '70s Show" -- as Ashton Kutcher's even more out-there brother, Casey Kelso.
In the episode, taping next week, Kitty, Jackie and Donna (Debra Jo Rupp, Mila Kunis and Laura Prepon) decide to do a girls night out at a male strip club ala Chippendale's, where they encounter Casey (Wilson) dancing in the revue as a sexy robber. Things really get heated up when the bartender/MC of the strip club almost catches Casey in a dalliance with his wife.
Wilson's gearing up to start shooting his next big-screen project, "3001," in April. In the comedy sci-fier, he plays Private Bowers, the embodiment of the average Joe, who is chosen to be placed into hibernation by the government for 1,000 years. Upon his revival he finds a society so amazingly dumbed-down that he seems like a genius.
Luke already has in the can, "The Wendell Baker Story," which he wrote and directed. The film, which also stars Luke's brother, Owen Wilson, and Eva Mendes, is the tale of an ex-con with a heart of gold who finds a job in a retirement hotel where he helps the elderly fight against the corrupt powers that be at the hotel. In June, Luke and Owen will be together on the big-screen playing Orville and Wilbur Wright in the big-screen remake of "Around the World in 80 Days," which also stars Jackie Chan, John Cleese and Rob Schneider. And a cameo by the Governor of Culleefourneeah.
They don't say when it will air but hopefully it won't be too long!!
