How come Steve Carell was nominated for the lance armstrong award? He IS a FRAT PACK MEMBER!!! C'mon, Seacrest was awesome!!!! That was a tricky one. We decided to split hairs in those instances where the Fratters cameo as themselves. "You made Steve Carell look like an asshole." Too bad Owen's piece was cut from the final cut of the film. |

def. no love for our boys this yr.. its all about apatow and his gang anymore Well, I can tell you right now that Owen is on track for a very, very good year. I think Drilbit Taylor is going to be great, and Marley and Me is now slated for a Christmas release. Jennifer Aniston has a pretty excellence track record with Frat Pack costars, so I'd have to say that expectations are high. |

Couldn't agree more with you Kevdo...I have a question that's been racking my brains since a long time now... As we all know, Owen dropped out of Topic Thunder because of.....well...you know... Matthew McDude's gonna replace him (he may resemble owen but, it's not the sme thing) I read in Wikipedia or some similar site that some footage owen shot will be used as a cameo...IS IT TRUE?? I hope it is, 'cos any movie ben makes nowadays has to have owen, otherwise it tanks at the box office.... Can't wait for Tropic Thunder....Ben's first directorial venture since the AMAZING ZOOLANDER, I hope this one is also, 'really, really, really, ridiculously FUNNY' |

I just wanted to say that although there wasn't any love for the Wilsons this year, Luke wins "Remi's Big Kiss on the Lips Award for a Performance or Cameo in a non Frat Pack Related Movie" for being in two of my favorite movies last year... "You Kill Me", and "3:10 to Yuma". #kissy#

I haven't heard that, though the thought crossed my mind that Owen has been doing pretty well the last couple months and could have had time to shoot something. Then again, there were a couple Test Audience Reviews posted on AICN this week and there was no mention of Owen. Bummer for sure. Maybe if Thunder is a gigantic hit they will go back and digitally insert Owen into the film like they did with Jabba the Hut in Star Wars. A fan can dream... |

I think The Cable Guy was better in retrospect than when it was released, but yeah... not as great as Zoolander for sure. The fact that Ben was able to line up so much A-list talent certainly gives me a good feeling. Obviously I'd rather have Owen but McDude is okay. |

Why the hell is july so far away?  now that you've mentioned it, i guess there are some good thigs in the cable guy...ben and owen's cameos were awesome...i guess the thing i didn't like about the cable guy is the fact that the second half was more of a horror flick than comedy sometimes jim carrey is just nauseating.... #passout# |
