Did you notice that where it said who was in the movie it says Luke Wilson instead of Owen.

I am VERY happy today....!! #banana1# #dance# Because I finally saw Darjeeling Limited today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After two weeks of release it reached my hometown...trust me,when I read the magazine and saw the new movie programme I was like: #dancetrio# #bounce# But it was worth the wait-I loved it sooooo much,it was funny and sad, beautiful & melancholic and the actors were fantastic #bow# Especially Owen....when he took of the bandages,oh my! #hug# I'm looking forward to the DVD because I guess there is lots more to discover in this movie... BTW,it made a jump in the movie-charts here from 12 to 9!

Don't worry too much Anna, I remember fairly recently I checked and the Region 2 release for Darjeeling is set to be February 26th I believe, which is only a few weeks away... I presume its the same for all across Europe but thats what it said on Amazon UKs site. edit:- ok I got that mixed up, it seems the region 2 DVD doesn't come out until April, see the other topic about that... sorry for any confusion, im confuzzled about the 2 different DVD releases mentioned by Amazon.
Yeah he takes his bandages off at one point but it is only a brief glimpse you get really and then he puts them back on again, so don't get too excited... though you see him without the bandages in the flashback scene mind you, with no injuries, if thats what they meant maybe(?)

Like Lom said, the scene where he took off his bandages is short...and I was surprised when the backflashed scene came,I didn't know there is one in it. But the movie really is worth the wait!

oh my, i just read from a local newspaper that they are going to show darjeeling limited on theaters here, starting april 18th. woohoo!! first drillbit on the 4th and then darjeeling on the 18th. i wanted to add that i have seen darjeeling already once but i´m definitely going to see it again, it´s so good and beautiful. and movies are always much better from the big screen. i have a friend who also likes wes´movies and i already called him and we are going together.

aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh.....the irony of life... I am from INDIA, The Darjeeling LTD, is a movie about INDIA, shot in INDIA, starring a couple of INDIAN actors, and guess what? IT'S NOT GONNA RELEASE IN INDIA!!! ON JAN 12, A tiny ad came in the newspapers, sporting, 'RELEASING FRIDAY, 18'.... But it didn't on thursday, Jan17, this article came... it's been more than a month since then...<sniff><sniff> #sad# #sigh#

Aw that is ironic, isn't it? im sorry to hear that Shattered... so I take it from the title of that article, that the ban is to do with the use of the snake in the movie? it must have been OK'ed by the American Humane Association who have to give the go ahead that animals weren't harmed during the filming of American movies though, I thought... I don't think its shown in the cage very much, its not a big part of the story really... oh well, im sorry to hear that anyway

the worst part is, a STUPID indian movie released last week potrayed an elephant fight (in the spanish bullfight style). Apparantly, nearly killing an animal isn't "harmful", but showing one in a cage is!!!!!!
grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
