Thanks for the reminder Kevdo and your continuing hard work on all things FRAT! I notice on the Frat site that there's a little thread going on for the annual Earmuffs, entitled... WTF? May I save you the bother? The winner, downy hair down, (see what I did there?) no one can touch him...Luke Wilson in The Royal Tenenbaums. Apart from having the required amount of hair he acted his ass off in that film, he owns that title? ;D

Hmm. Definitely noteworthy, that's for sure! :-)
However, Tennenbaums really wasn't a "Frat Pack" movie... Besides, as was pointed out, Burgundy has hair to spare (head, face, body, and... well, a "mane" of hair down below that he's proud of).
Luke is a good choice, though. I won't argue that.

Kevdo, just take a look at Lukes hair thread you'll find plenty of hair to spare in there. Two Wilson's and a Stiller acting alongside each other, does not a Frat Pack film maketh? Jings, you're hard to please! ;D

Two Wilson's and a Stiller acting alongside each other, does not a Frat Pack film maketh? Well, clearly it's related and definitely helps to illustrate the connection. But, Tenenbaums doesn't have the same humor as Dodgeball, Old School, Crashers, etc. Those are fast-paced farce - not the slow observational and intellectual humor of Tenenbaums. That doesn't mean the film is bad (though, I admit, Tenenbaums isn't my thing -- though I loved Bottle Rocket). Wendell Baker and The Break-Up aren't Frat Pack movies either. Just something different.

Podcast #102: Get Ready for Ben and Owen in Night at the Museum We're back and getting ready for Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson in Night at the Museum. We have an audio clip from the movie that ought to get you excited to see more of the legendary Stiller/Wilson chemistry, even if their parts were filmed separately. There's also some friendly banter between the two actors and the origin of Owen's character's name, Jed. Brandon "Segaboy Fantana" returns with a big report on Paul Rudd's upcoming projects and we have another Frat Pack Confession that's shocking to say the least. Regular features like listener feedback and website of the week are here, along with a new segment -- podcast of the week. The show ends with a hilarious outtake from our reporter in the field, Brandon. www.fratpackpodcast.com or www.the-frat-pack.com/podcast/FPT-2006-12-15.mp3We'd love to hear from people who've seen Night at the Museum, once it comes out. Podcast #105: Idiocracy Review Rick Duran provides a review of the long-awaited Luke Wilson comedy Idiocracy. Is the movie as bad as the Fox marketing support for it? Or is it destined to be another "cult comedy" for director Mike Judge? Listen to Rick's review and then check out the movie for yourself. We have a shocking Frat Pack Confession from another regular contributor, Brandon "Segaboy Fantana" Angelilli, that will cause fans of Segaboy's profane news reports to hang their head in shame. Plus, we catch up on the Frat Pack news, highlight another podcast and website of the week, and explain how you can help support the show by trying out NetFlix for free! www.fratpackpodcast.com or www.the-frat-pack.com/podcast/FPT-2007-01-08.mp3 Thanks to Texasgal for the nice comments.

We've had a lot of updates to the Frat Pack Tribute website, including a new Box Office section. Podcast #119: Four Wilsons Lots of Wilson news, as we have reports from Sharon Gruber, Mario Bernengo, and Jennifer Spaulding about Luke and Andrew Wilson's Times Talk in New York City. There's also breaking news about Owen's role in Ben Stiller's Tropic Thunder, and Brandon Angelilli returns with a "review" of Daniel Wilson in Things to Do. We also discuss 40 Year-Old Virgins and being Knocked Up. And of course, the long-awaited premiere of The Wendell Baker Story now in theatres. Thanks to Adam Stevenson as well for the voicemail, and to IMAQT for the most excellent "40 year" magnet. www.the-frat-pack.com/podcast/FPT-119.mp3

Okay I'm not sure where I post this but, I've got a slight...say, problem with what was posted on the Frat Pack site.
On March 2, 2008, Kevdo (Kevin Crossman) expressed his surprise on the failure of Semi-Pro. One part of that article was: "Who'd have thought a couple months ago that we'd be looking to Owen Wilson's Drillbit Taylor to save the box office for the Frat Pack this spring?"
uhh...Kevdo, isn't rather unfair on your side? I agree that Will is much more bankable when it comes to comic geniusness. I even agree that Owen has not yet established himself on the solo buddy comedy front, but, as a tribute site, aren't you supposed to be unbiased when it comes to unreleased movies? Besides, Drillbit Taylor has the backing of Seth Rogen, Judd Apatow and Owen Wilson. Also, as a PG-13 movie, it will be aiming at a larger crowd...So, how can you say it will not be a box-office success? I'm not saying it will be a success but as compared to Semi-Pro, which is yet another of Will's sports comedy, DT seems more interesting...I cant understand why your views on DT are so low, esp. when it is in such a favorable position.Who knows, it may be the first Frat Pack Classic of this year!
I just hope that The Frat Pack Tribute treats all unreleased movies equally and more importantly, does not show favouritism, esp. when it's the news section.
(NOTE: This is simply a personal view. I'm just expressing it because I love the FPT site and was quite surprised at that jab)

Hey Peace; do you have a link to that site, because I'm not sure if the quote is taken out of context. That said, I think that Will Ferrell's characters are all a like, and am surprised he lasted that long. Talladega Nights is funny, especially the baby jesus bit. This was also addressed to Will in this Onion interview From his recent interview in the Onion: www.avclub.com/content/interview/will_ferrellOnion: It seems like you're playing a very similar character in a lot of these movies. Ferrell: Well, I wouldn't... I like how they deal with the same theme. I think all three of the characters from those movies are distinctly different. Onion: It seems like there's a lot of Ron Burgundy in Jackie Moon, your Semi-Pro character. Ferrell: Yeah, maybe. But I don't know, though; Burgundy is more officious, and Jackie Moon is a little more loosey-goosey. They're similar in that they're from the same era, and they think they're very sexy. ---------------------------------------------------- I mean WTF! That sounds like Vanilla Ice explaining how "Ice Ice Baby" and "Under Pressure" aren't alike on VH1. "THEIRS goes *ting ting ting ting TING ting*, and OURS goes, *ting TING ting ting ting ting*...it's not the same."
