I just saw this again on the dvd special collection & realized it is such a family affair...not only is Ben's wife, Christine, in it, but his dad, his mom (the protestor), his sister (the girl with red hair who holds up the peace sign when Hansel lets Zoo into his loft), and of course, Andrew. Plus, Ben's cousin is the little guy in the Zoolander school who raises his hand!! It would be so cool if when they do the sequel, they could put all of these people back in again, plus Luke, and even include Ben's kids!! ;D But I want more skin to show!! Hansel has to be barechested in the sequel!!

But I want more skin to show!! Hansel has to be barechested in the sequel!! I'll drink to that! I'm looking forward to seeing this movie! Owensplay, if you want more skin, see The Big Bounce. Owen bares skin, #devilchili# (though not all of it), and I estimate he's in 97% of the movie. #banana1#

I've seen it numerous times; I loooovvveee that movie, not because of the plot, but because he's so beachy!! But I can't get over thinking of him doing Hansel and coming out of the runway in a bathing suit or something Maybe like Scottish plaid speedo or a Scottish kilt?? That would be hilarious (Ben does have a still of being in a kilt w/ a bagpipe in Zoo, but none in motion, would love to see them both in motion in kilts)

14-19 years? SERIOUSLY? Ageing models...hmph! As if Owen could ever age... Even Ben's looking better now than he looked in that oh watsis name, that Winona Ryder-Ethan Hawke movie that he directed...

I agree, SP. I think that much time lapse is too long. The pull of the first movie would be so over by 14 years. In 14 years, it would be as if a new generation would be seeing the sequel. ;D If there's going to be a Zoolander II, I hope it will be a little sooner than 14-19 years! But if Owen has been making movies all through those 14-19 years, that would be OK. As far as Owen ageing, oh I DO hope he will have a lifelong movie career!

I think the movie SP was thinking of was "Reality Bites" which term could also be applied to the idea that we need 14 years between sequels. Maybe 24 years between "Reality Bites" sequels . . .
Three cheers for "Twolander" #cheerleader# #cheerleader# #cheerleader#
