Aww, we'll just have to see where this leads. If it's true what the poster said, this girl (don't know how old) met him around the time of the Washington filming of Who do you know which was around June last year. Even so I still don''t see Owen as the settling down type but I don't know him personally and he could surprise me and do so one day.
There haven't been any Owen and Kate dates this year - that we know off - and I know she's not everyone's favourite woman, but the year is young and at least she'd be more private.

Private or not I think KH is a poor choice--- Hope they do not give it another try ever....In fact Owen in my opinion owes it to himself to do better than KH....

Kate definitely gets a lot of negative comments on sites when she dates someone new but I think that's due to the double standards between men and women. A male actor can date as many women as he wants but Kate, especially being a mother, should be restricted. Those double standards do annoy me.
My only quibble about her is that this year she was photographed wearing a lot of fur and unless it's fake, I don't agree with that.

You have a point about the double standard. But I don't think you can discount that after 3 trys something is missing and does not work. Therefore, it would make sense to move forward and find someone who compliments you and you them etc. etc.

Lonegazer, I'm glad you brought up the double standard issue. It's been on my mind too. I almost posted a message here last night but couldn't because my pc wasn't working right. My comment was going to be something like this:
Kate & Owen sure do look cute together - as if they were meant for each other. Had they stayed together, they could have been Hollywood's newest "power couple." But Kate seems unstable, in the arms of the man she declares she madly loves one week, then boom! in the arms of someone else the next week and making the same statements of undying love.
Even as I was writing the above, I was thinking: double standard. You know how much you hate double standards, and here you are engaging in it!
The fact that there haven't been any Owen/Kate sightings for a long time may indicate they understand they can never be more than friends. I sure hope so - for both their sake's.

Read on Twitter (or was it Facebook) that Owen is back in LA. Then saw this at the www.onlocationsvacations.com site referenced up thread: Monday (10/25/10) •Hall Pass, starring Owen Wilson, is filming re-shoots at 1059 Atchison in Pasadena. So he was in Washington DC, then Montreal shooting Zoolander 2 and now has buzzed back to his home turf for more filming in HP? Allegedly. Can you imagine the Frequent Flyer miles?

I thought Zoolander 2 wasn't going ahead, so it is after all then? This last year has got to be Owen's busiest for filming. Good luck to him, only I'd like Luke to get some of that luck too.

Oops. Sorry, I did not mean to be the purveyor of poor information.
I ended the sentence with a question mark and wrote "allegedly" after because all of that was gleaned from the twitterverse and fakebook, which are 'sorta' reliable at best. Both are worth following for the random pictures that are usually so much fun, though.
I wish people would give more details when they are posting a Luke or Owen siting. Like, um, is a tall, bearded, tan, sexy beast with them. Who may or may not be missing a front tooth...
And maybe Zoolander 2 is just wishful thinking on my part. Owen was so pretty in the first one!

Thank you, Buckeye44! I can't wait. I prefer Owen with longer hair but, still.... it's OWEN!

Thanks to Buckeye and Nana and everyone who keeps posting updates on this board. I get so excited when I login and see TODAY all in bold in the 'Last Post' section. I cannot click fast enough!
Locke - Your comment cracked me up. I am still laughing!
I was kind of wondering myself, how does someone go from Woody Allen and David Frankel to the Farrelly Brothers? I mean, it has been what, a decade since the F Bros made a good movie? I will still see it, though, but like you I am way more excited about Frankel's The Big Year.
I am kind of 'meh' on Woody Allen too but I have enjoyed some of his films so I remain optimistic.
Of course, the good news is that most of the guys I know can still recall Dumb and Dumber word for word so maybe Hall Pass will find a rabid cult following who will be quoting the movie for years.
Or maybe I just need to upgrade to a better class of friends? (Yea, I am thinking that one.)

Um, well, I'm probably "odd girl out" here but I don't see why it has to be an either/or situation. Yeah, I'm one of those low-brows who quote Dumb And Dumber. I also appreciate Shakespeare at Stratford-on-Avon - in Canada or England. So I guess I'm not getting the contradiction of going from one end of the entertainment spectrum to the other. But that might be just me.... or the weirdo in me. ;D
