Lib, I'm reading them right now. I'm about halfway through book 6 (Definitely Dead). I'm just now getting to know Quinn. #devil# I keep picturing Billy Zane as Quinn. I don't know who would be good as Alcide (LOVE HIM), but I can't wait to see him!  Billy Zane - definitely!!!  I'd like to see you in the Merlotte's barmaid outfit! That would be so cool if you get to meet Charlaine Harris! |

I've seen Season One of True Blood and loved it from the first episode. Thanks to Remi for the suggestion! Totally different vibe from Twilight.
Looking for the books . . . this will be different, to read the books after seeing the film version of a character.

I'm so glad you liked True Blood!! I think you're really going to like the books, too! It's my absolute favorite series!
The series became really scarce around here about three months ago. The ones I couldn't find at the used bookstore, I found at Target for about the same price (about $2 off the cover price).
Modified to add - I think they did excellent casting on True Blood. All the characters on the show seem to be true to the books, imo. Some of the storylines are different though. I didn't mind that at all either.

Finally! sawTB s2 finale...I think the 2nd season was much better than the first but the finale was er...not that good - not enough Alex...
...he is so yummy! I love the ep 11 scene where we see him in a skirt! Love it!

Thanks, Remi- that's good to know if I don't find the books in the 2nd hand shop that the retail versions won't make my frugal soul cringe.

I voted. Edward shmedward blah is still waaaaay winning. Although, I think the quiz writer was biased towards Eric.
I must read the TB books. Must.
SP: As long as your posts are hot & informative & hot I'm sure that no one will pull their whips on you for multiple postings. Totally off topic but since Eric is 1000 years old, he was around during the time of the Tudors, right? He could have visited there. You see where I'm going with this?
