I just don't get how he'll do this and the Daly tournament.
It occurred to me that perhaps he has had a change of plan...Parahphrasing Sir Steve Redgrave "The first round I played there it was freezing pouring rain blowing 60mph winds and fogged in"...who in their right mind would swap the sun for that?
I double checked the official website and he is listed to play see here...www.alfreddunhilllinks.com/. The site will eventually list worldwide, golf channels showing this event too. Keep checking back.
FURG! Playing Dunhill is every golfers dream! And no golfer worth his salt backs out over rain or fog. I considered that he must just be boarding a plane immediately after the game tomorrow and flying through the night.
That or <gasp> it's the Daly tournament today and tomorrow that he's ditching. He's on the list for that still too (on Daly's Lion Heart site) but hell he was presenting at the ESPY's up till the night of and he wasn't there. We all know that.
Chev, I'm glad for you! I don't have a dvr and I would love it. Sitting through others golfing is tiresome. Although I imagine Hugh Grant tickles me pink so he should be fun to watch also.
Remi, I didn't see anything in that post that said he was spotted. What did I miss? I love Luke spottings!
Pardon me for butting in.... you missed this from a St Andrews Uni Student.
Attendance is free for the next few days except Sunday, so Holly and I may spend Friday just checking out the tournament. No cameras or cell phones are allowed on the course, but Luke Wilson was spotted out last night at the Raisin, so there's always a chance...
Edited to add: #idea# Random thought...Andrew caddying?
Remi thanks for the links to the blogs. Trikc thanks for the photo links in the pictures thread. :)If it makes anyone feel any better, it's not gettin ANY coverage here in newspapers, news or sports news etc. The only people that are getting it are pay per view!
I was making my way back to Hall when I noticed it said "WILSON" on the teamboard, so I figured he was playing. And indeed he was. His ball had landed in the bunker. It was the funniest thing. He goes in to hit, hits the ball, gets all the sand in his eyes and sadly, the ball falls right back into the bunker as it was kind of a cylinder, not a bowl or a little pond shaped thing. Second try. He learns from his mistake as immediately after hitting the ball, he turns around and curls up in a ball, as to not get any sand, and he didn't. On top of that, this time the ball was out. yipee.
