I vote with the others that it's Owen on the right in the pic of the two little boys. The caption must be wrong.
I say that based on his hair. Although he now has curly hair like the boy on the left, as a child he has the same straight bangs in all the pics of the little boys.
The boy on the right also looks more like Owen's face - as a boy and as a man - than the boy on the left.
Just mho.

I AM NEW TO THE THIS BOARD. BUT, WHAT DOES WATERMARKED MEAN, ON A PICTURE?

Hi SUZY Welcome Watermarks are the faint letters on the pics such as "gettyimages" on this pic: Photo agencies such as Getty put them on the pics to say the pics are their properties. We can get their pics from their websites but they are either small or watermarked unless we have accounts with them.

I believe the problem with the person who reported that picture of the boys is this:
Alot of times, when someone says, So and So is on the left, they are expecting you to know that they mean on the left IF YOU were standing IN the picture looking out, rather than assuming you will be thinking your left LOOKING AT the picture. Me, I would say Owen is on the Right, because I'm looking at the picture, and it sounds like all of you would think the same.
But I've seen it happen time and time again, and I just don't understand why some people do it that way!

Just a 'mom's' gut feeling that I have to verbalize : I realize that Owen is famous and all, but I can't help getting 'protective' (for lack of a better word) when I see his school pictures displayed. In MY book, that is invasion and inappropriate (but this isn't my book). All I am going to say (because I've said this all before).

Hi occunningham, How about OC for a short name?
It is really invasion of privacy and someone else in this world, trying to make money from using Owen as a means of doing so. Celebrities will always be used for someone else's amusement or to just plain rip them off. Try not to worry so much.

Hi Lotus!
I'm so sorry that you're having some trouble!! Please don't let it affect you - I have lots of it too, but not here, thank goodness! Whoever you had trouble with, I'd say PM them, let them know that you felt hurt, and get it straightened out. Everyone on here is so nice. I'm sure nothing was meant.

I don't see anything wrong with those pictures of Owen being on the internet. I have the Texas Monthly magazine with the article about Laura and her boys and there are tons of pictures of them in there when they are young. Or are you guys just annoyed that someone is selling the yearbooks on Ebay and making money? If anyone famous was in my yearbook, I wouldn't sell it. But I wouldn't sell my yearbooks anyway. And, I'm sorry, but how did this thread get to being about Owen's pictures to talking behind people's backs to back-stabbing? Did I miss something? Where was there a problem? I can understand threads getting off topic and then back again, because we all do it, but this was just odd. Please, if there are problems, PM the admins, or if you want to sort something out with another member, PM each other. I'd prefer if there are problems, that they be worked out privately. If we don't know that there is a problem, we can't help with it! And please take WilsonFreak's advice:
