Aww Lib! Captain is gorgeous! It's so cool to finally see a picture of her! And I love how she's in the pool.  I don't think Ruby's eyes will stay that color for long, so I have to enjoy them now. ;D |

Thanks for posting the pic of Ginger, ZinC! How sweet! Natalie, Ruby's eyes melt me too...and you have them for real in front of you! Lucky you ;D Lib, as you know I am a huge fan of Captain. Aw, I'm so sorry to hear that Bess is no longer with you. She looks very darling. And it's a shame that whoever took the photo did not include your lovely face, Bunny, so we could see it again.  |

Thanks texasgal! I only got to live with Bess for a year (she was a relative's dog and we took her over) and I miss her, but she lived long and she was happy, which is great. She was about 14 when this pic was taken.

 Bess looks darling Bunny! We never ever forget our pets when they go. We have them in hearts forever and remember how precious they were!
I finally have a few pics of my cat I can put up this weekend, and I'll put up another of my German Shepherd too!

this thread is great, I love puppies!!
My parents recently got Ginger from a boxer rescue leage. She was used just for breeding and was never really loved by the people who had her before, she was literally a baby machine... well, puppy machine anyway. Now she's just a love bug cause she can't believe she's getting so much attention.

ZinC that is great to know! I grew up with Great Danes and I often thought if I was ever overwhelmed with the need to have another GD in my life that I would contact the Great Dane rescue. Too often folks think they want a Great Dane, until it eats a chair cushion out of boredom... or eats the kitchen floor (happened to my mother  ) Boxers make great pets. BP, Bess -- what a sweet face. I am so sorry that she is no longer with you. WilsonFreak -- yeah... Sheperds wouldn't want to sunbath in a kiddie pool Natalie, what makes you think that Ruby's eye color will change? I love to see pet photos! We need some more! |

Natalie, what makes you think that Ruby's eye color will change? Well, her eye color is already changing...and that breed of dog always has lightish brown color eyes, like their fur. And when my boxer had puppies, all the babies were born with blue eyes, then when they got older, they turned brown... We'll see! I'm documenting her growth every day! |

Finally got a few pictures of my cat Jersey to put up! She is the best cat in the world! Cuddly and affectionate! I love her!! Also, another picture of Sierra, my German Shepherd..........she is so much fun and a very good girl!!
