Gasp... pant... be still my heart. Thanks for the hot photos, Ozarka. Nice to see you back, btw. Hadn't seen you here for a long time.
Welcome to the Wilsonettes, Sweetstuff. And thanks for the movie report.

I finally caught this one. Luke did a great job. It is a very subtle, well acted performance. The movie as a whole leaves you wanting - particularly considering the cast (Alec Baldwin, Luke, Jeff Goldblum and Carrie Ann Moss). Nikki Reed is so annoying. I think that is what ruined this movie for me. She narrates through out the movie- which puts a damper on the whole thing. I listened to the commentary and they purposely put Luke in ill fitting suits. They bought $100 suits that were two sizes too big. It defined his character.

I saw this moving last night. It was pretty good. Not one I would own though. I will give it 3 stars out of 6.

I agree with Lib, but I didn't "want more", I wanted it to end. There was some great acting (especially Carrie Ann Moss), but Nikki Reed ruined it for me - I'm not sure if it was just her, or if she's a really good actress, but I hated her.

Luke was so great in this movie, as was Alec Baldwin. A very good "rental" movie IMHO.

mini's fist time was not a good movie. Oh sure the actors acted well but the plot stinks but then again I'm used to watching children's movies with my kiddo and this was definitely not for the kids. Anyway, I didn't like it but you all make your own opinion.

This was on the Lifetime channel tonight in the States. It was good, even though it was edited. I figured out the ending before it was over though. #rolleyes# Luke's role wasn't as big as I'd expected. #sad# The girl who played Mini, Nikki Reed, was the same girl who played Evie in Thirteen. Pretty much the same kind of character in both films. Makes you wonder if she's really like that. #hmm# She's good.
I did enjoy this movie. But rent, don't buy.
