Yes, the top photo is of Luke & Owen on vacation with their parents in Cape Cod. I'm not sure of the year, maybe 1976? This photo appeared with a collection of Laura's photos of her kids in an old issue of Texas Monthly. I'll have to check for the date of the issue. I used to know it but have forgotten it. The ladies are sisters (and I'm not sure if they may have been identified as twins). They are identified in the photo's caption as the "____ twins" or the "____ sisters," and their last name is given. I don't remember what the last name was but it wasn't Wilson or Cunningham. I don't know their relationship to the Wilsons. They may have just been friends and neighbors to Laura and her family.

The lower photo was taken, I believe, when the brothers first came to California. I don't know if it's one of Laura's or not. I've wondered if Owen's battle scars may be related to the infamous "pants fight" that the three of them had over a disputed pair of pants.

I love that picture of Owen and Luke with the old ladies, I'd seen it a long time ago somewhere but couldn't remember where. The second picture is the only clear one I've seen of Andrew without a beard and he looks good but it doesn't look like he's in a hurry nowadays to go back to that look.

Ah, you're very welcome. Glad to help a fellow Wilsonette! ;)

Oh, and the photo of the three of them on the beach was also taken on Cape Cod. Owen & Luke look younger in the beach photo than they do with the ladies so that one must have been taken 2 or 3 years before.

All three of the brothers have strong enough chins and jaw lines that they don't need beards to look good and masculine. However, Andrew does wear a beard well. I think Luke looks better scruffy and whiskery than with a full beard. Just my personal opinion.

It's hard not to conclude that they're just all those lucky kind of people who look good regardless of facial hair or hairstyle. It would be churlish to complain, though ;) ;D >:(
